NAPM-Columbia Basin (NAPM-CB) is the Southeast Washington affiliate of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM). We are a not-for-profit, educational corporation organized:
(a) to foster and promote interchange of ideas and cooperation among its members,
(b)  to promote the study, development, and application of supply chain management, including improved contracting and purchasing methods and practices and all matters related to the foregoing (hereinafter referred to as "the supply chain management profession")

NAPM-CB is the regional affiliate of the Institute of Supply Management a not-for-profit educational organization of over 40,000 Purchasing Agents, Buyers and Supply Chain Professionals.  www.ism.ws
